Bookings

It is important that you phone first (or visit) to book your ride, as we are very rarely able to fit people 'on spec'. Please note that we are generally closed on Tuesdays.

All rides must be prepaid. You can pay in person by cash, cheque or credit/debit card; you can also send a cheque in the post, or pay by credit/debit card over the phone. Because you have paid in advance, you can be assured that a suitable horse or pony will be groomed, tacked up and brought out ready for you to ride when you arrive.

Cancellations

A full refund will be given for cancellations providing you call in advance. If you cannot attend after all, just phone to cancel before the time your ride is due to start. Your money will then be refunded or transferred to your next ride.
